KAPR BV's mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by KAPR BV (“KAPR BV”, “we” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any features thereof at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to KAPR BV's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive repetitive SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KAPR BV via your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to opt into this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase from KAPR BV. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless carrier for receiving text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data fees may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless carrier.
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. To cancel, simply text the single keyword STOP to KAPR or click on the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscribe via SMS. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them yourself. If you have subscribed to other mobile messaging services from KAPR BV and wish to cancel them, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately as instructed in the respective mobile terms.

We may change the short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or phone number that we have changed may not be received, and that we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to re-enroll in the program using your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failure, delay or misdelivery of any information transmitted through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you do or do not take based on the information or the Service.

If you have subscribed to other KAPR BV mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
