Shipping policy

KAPR Shipping Policy

At KAPR we combine innovative design and premium quality not only in our products, but also in our shipping experience. Our tailor-made shipping policy is clear and reliable, and uses PostNL, so you know exactly where you stand.

1. Shipping days & cut-off

  • Daily shipping: All orders placed Monday to Saturday before 5:00 pm are packed the same day and handed over to PostNL.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm or on Sunday are shipped on the next shipping day.

2. Shipping method via PostNL

We work exclusively with PostNL for all our shipments within the Netherlands and the EU.

  • Standard parcel (without signature): 1–3 working days

  • Parcel with Track & Trace and signature: 1–2 working days

Shipping costs and expected delivery times are shown at checkout.

3. Collection from our store

Would you rather collect your order yourself? You can, free of charge, during our opening hours:

Day Opening hours
Monday–Friday 08:30 – 20:30
Saturday 08:00 – 17:00

  1. Select “Collect in store” at checkout.

  2. You will receive a collection confirmation as soon as your order is ready.

  3. Bring your order number and valid photo ID when you collect it.

4. Track your shipment

As soon as we have handed your parcel over to PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Simply follow the status of your delivery on the PostNL website.

5. International shipping

For shipments outside the Netherlands we use PostNL international. Delivery times and rates vary per destination:

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 working days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days

6. Shipping costs

  • Within the Netherlands: from € 4.95 with a PostNL standard parcel

  • Belgium & Germany: from € 6.95 (PostNL international)

  • Rest of the EU: from € 9.95 (PostNL international)

Free shipping over €30 in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.
Free shipping over €75 in the rest of the EU
Free shipping over €100 excl. VAT for wholesale customers
